A Discussion with Sergei Cherepanov

President Putin has severely limited the civil right of LGBTQ people, even more since you've been in Wyoming. What should people know about protecting freedom in America? What warnings would you give us?

 - Freedom thrives on your active commitment. Stay informed, speak up for vulnerable groups, stand in solidarity, question narratives, and respect diverse perspectives. As long as the United States has its society and government existing in balance and cohesiveness everything will be good.

Ilgar won an award at Rendezvous your first year for most friendly camper, and Sergei you've made friends everywhere, but moving to a new country must be rough. What advice would you give to people moving to Wyoming- what should they know about how to fit in here?

- Saddle up for Wyoming adventures, but bring your friendly spirit! Embrace the outdoors, support your local community, be self-reliant, respect the land and wildlife, find your niche, slow down, and offer a helping hand. By being a good neighbor and appreciating the simple things, you'll find your place in this beautiful, rugged state.

Finally, if you could invite 3 people, living or dead to dinner, who would it be and why?

 -  I would invite my mom, my spouse, and my friends - everyone who has played a significant role in my life.
